Not only are tacos healthy, but you can prepare a range of delicious fillings. Our Fish Tacos were prepared with our Pride of India Fish Spice.

Serves 4.
Fish Tacos


  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 tsp Pride of India Fish Spice
  • 4 medium hake fillets
  • french fry dressing
  • grated cheese, for garnishing
  • 8 tortilla tacos (soft or hard)
  • salt


  • Rinse and pat dry the hake fillets.
  • Prepare the hake fillets by coating it with the Pride of India Fish Spice. Add salt to taste, if necessary.
  • Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel. Once cool, cut into strips.
  • Lightly toast your tortillas for about 10-15 seconds (only if using the soft tacos).
  • Add your fish strips, drizzle with french fry dressing & garnish with grated cheese.
  • Enjoy with sides of veggie sticks, fruit sticks, guacamole, salsa, dips or side salads.
