Our Soya Mince & Spaghetti was prepared with our Pride of India Mild & Spicy Curry Powder and HomeStyle Soya Mince. Ideal for a meat-free, plant-based or vegan diet.

Serves 4.
Soya Mince & Spaghetti


Substitute meat, chicken or seafood with our HomeStyle Soya for your breyanis, curries, cottage pies, stir fries, lasagne, pastas, etc.


  • 1 cup HomeStyle Soya Mince
  • 3 tsp Pride of India Mild & Spicy Curry Powder
  • 250g spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tomato, grated/blended
  • fresh mint leaves, for garnishing
  • salt
  • water


  • Soak HomeStyle Soya Mince in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain & set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pot. Sauté onion until golden brown.
  • Add Pride of India Mild & Spicy Curry Powder and fry for approximately 1 minute. Add a little water, if necessary.
  • Add tomato and cook until soft.
  • Add the HomeStyle Soya Mince, ¼ cup water, salt to taste and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Cook until the water has reduced and you achieved your desired consistency.
  • Boil spaghetti in water with salt to taste. Cook until al dente. Drain well.
  • Plate your mince & spaghetti, garnish with mint, serve and enjoy.
