Our Savoury Fried Rice was prepared with: Pride of India Rice Spice, Pride of India Thyme and Pride of India Rosemary. This rice dish is full of rich flavours with aromatic spices.

Serves 4 to 6.
Savoury Fried Rice


Add your favourite choice of protein, if desired.


  • 4 cups of vegetables of your choice, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 3 tsp Pride of India Rice Spice
  • ½ tsp Pride of India Thyme
  • ½ tsp Pride of India Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • spring onions for garnishing
  • salt to taste
  • water


  • Bring rice to a boil. Add Pride of India Rice Spice and salt to taste. Once cooked, strain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large pan. Sauté onion until golden brown.
  • Add vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes, on medium heat.
  • Add Pride of India Thyme and Rosemary. Add salt to taste.
  • Add boiled rice and mix well.
  • Stir fry for another few minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
